Information we collect

BurnTonic stores account information you submit through Supabase Auth and messages you send through the contact form. Contact fields include name, email, subject, message, and timestamps.

Newsletter signup stores your first name, email and normalized email, consent wording and time, signup source and page, requested lead magnet, available campaign parameters, referrer, subscription status, and email-delivery events.

How it is used

Information is used to operate accounts, secure protected pages, respond to messages, provide requested downloads and newsletters, measure site usage when you allow analytics, and maintain the service. Public contact submissions are not publicly readable.

Newsletter data is used to confirm consent, deliver requested guides, send updates, prevent duplicate subscriptions, honor unsubscribes, and diagnose delivery failures. Brevo processes email delivery on BurnTonic’s behalf. Google Analytics processes limited site-usage information only after you choose “Allow analytics” in the consent notice.

Consent, retention, and choices

Marketing consent is never preselected. Every signup records the consent version and time. Email links allow unsubscribing without an account. Unsubscribed records may be retained to enforce the request, document consent history, prevent accidental re-mailing, and meet legal obligations. You may request access or deletion through the contact page, subject to necessary suppression records.
